We were out making the rounds looking at lots yesterday and there were a few in the back of Cuastecomate. A few in the valley but also 5-6 along the old road. Some of these have amazing views but the lots are nearly vertical. Considering La Manzanilla has similar lots for more money, worse access roads and is so far away from everything ... Cuastecomate looks real good. The first picture is from the highest point and lots there are about $55k. A few further down are closer to $30k but less view, expensive to build on that slope and someone might build higher next to you.
